Being judgemental is natural to every human beings. Who among us were never familiar with the expression that goes, "First impressions last."? That's the first indication of our being judgemental towards other person.
It is quite ridiculous, sometimes, that every pre-judgement we made turns out to be irrelevant and untrue. Especially, when we based it on what we merely see. We always thought that the innocent-looking ones are unquestionably innocent and naive. On the other hand, those that we observed to be outgoing, frank, outspoken, and party-lovers are always the liberated ones! However, as I walk through the stairs of my life, as I almost reach to the conclusions, I found out that, not all of those individuals were really showing who and what they pretended to be, physically... They can be compared to clowns wearing happy faces but behind those masks are different persons full of deceptions with the world.
This will lead us to the word, TRUST. How essential is it to you? For me, it is the root of all the nicest things on earth. When you give trust, it regains you trust as well. It gives life to friendship and bondage, that opens up to love and peace. Amazing, isn't it? But what happen if trust is broken? Division, bitterness, and pain. And most of all, life-long scarring of the heart for an unforgettable, though forgiven circumstance.
Physical appearance does not guarantee a pure heart. Knowing a person better is not a sin but judging him at first hand may be a wrongful decision. You might reject the true ones and deceived by the pretentious mask. Every kindness and patience you give out will produce the sweetest fruits and every wrong judgment is shared with never-ending regrets!
